Nothing on this website is, or shall be deemed to constitute, an offer to let any property or an engagement by us. By submitting a viewing request or enquiry you are requesting information only. A tenancy is concluded only when a written lease agreement has been signed by both parties. The specific terms, rent and charges for any premises are set out in that lease agreement.

1.3. By accessing or using the Site, or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the documents referred to in them.

"Terms" means these terms and conditions of use as updated from time to time under clause 12;
"Unwanted Submission" has the meaning given to it in clause 5.1;
"we" means Yukalily Limited, company registration number HE 332028, whose registered office is at Themistokli Dervi 41, Hawaii Tower, Office 101C, 1066 Nicosia, Cyprus, trading as Nicosia Office Rental (and "us" and "our" shall have the same meaning); and
"you" means the person accessing or using the Site or its Content (and "your" shall have the same meaning).
2. USING THE SITE
2.1. You are solely responsible for all costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of the Site.
2.2. The Site is intended for use by those who access it from within Cyprus. If you access the Site from outside Cyprus, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

2.4. We may prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do not comply with any part of these Terms, any terms or policies to which they refer, or any applicable law.
2.5. You must take all reasonable precautions (including using appropriate virus-checking software) to ensure that any information or material you provide is free from viruses, spyware, malicious software and anything else which may have a harmful or destructive effect on the Site or any other technology.

Any personal information you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect, how and why we collect, store, use and share it, your rights, and how to contact us and the supervisory authority if you have a query or complaint.

13.2. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms.
13.3. The laws of the Republic of Cyprus will apply to these Terms.
